If you want GOOD free legal advice, see one of those “no-fee consultation” lawyers that advertise in your local area. If you are low-income, you may contact your local legal aid society for pro-bono assistance if you qualify.

Otherwise, this is as good a site as any for random non-lawyer, general advise.
